About The Role
As a Senior Psychologist, you will play a pivotal role in an interdisciplinary team that prioritizes cultural awareness, equity, and inclusion in every aspect of our work. You will provide professional supervision, mentorship, and guidance to psychologists while collaborating closely with school communities, families, and key stakeholders to develop holistic and effective strategies.
This role is about more than just problem-solving—it’s about leading with innovation, fostering a positive team culture, and embedding cultural responsiveness into student wellbeing initiatives. Qualifications
Essential: Current and full registration (general) with the Psychology Board of Australia. Psychology Board of Australia approved supervisor
Desirable: Area of practice endorsement – educational and developmental psychology and/or clinical psychology and/or counselling psychology.
Special Conditions
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN –EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

Remuneration
AHP3 $104,180 - $111,746 per annum (1.0 FTE) + superannuation (11.5%)
