Join our Dynamic Team as a Dental Administrative Assistant
Women’s and Children’s Health Network (WCHN) is searching for a Dental Administrative Assistant, to join Surgical Services team during an exciting time of growth and innovation.

In the role of Dental Administrative Assistant, you will focus on:
- Expertly entering and managing patient data in the EMR system, ensuring accurate documentation of demographics, surgery bookings, and procedure details to support efficient and effective patient care.
- Coordinating patient bookings on ORMIS with precision, clearly communicating admission dates, fasting instructions, and providing necessary informational materials, ensuring patients are well-prepared and informed.
- Delivering professional reception services by welcoming patients and visitors, managing inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming environment that contributes to a positive experience in the Dental Department.
- Maintaining and optimizing information systems and databases, ensuring the accurate entry and extraction of data, and preparing comprehensive reports to support informed decision-making and operational efficiency.
