Description:

-He/she will manage and direct the Sales, Marketing, and Distribution activities for Australia and New Zealand with a team of around 18 team members.
-He/she will be responsible for strategy design up to execution to ensure the achievement of revenue, expense, and gross margin targets for the business by establishing strategic and operational plans and forecasts, including short- and long-term objectives and initiatives.
-Build commercial objectives for the organization that are aligned with the company's strategic direction, driving revenue growth, profitability, and growth as an organization.
-Plan, direct, and monitor the activities of the organization to achieve stated/agreed-upon targets and standards for performance, quality, and culture; ensure constant follow-up and monitoring of defined key
performance indicators.
-Be close to the key customers to ensure that the company is sensitive to changes in the market and to customer needs.
-Ensure that customers have high-quality sales contact, applications support, and post-sales service.
-Monitor and influence the market dynamics within the relevant product/customer segments in ANZ.
-Manage and grow the relationships between Dental and Key Opinion Leaders in the relevant areas.
-Assess, determine, and prioritize potential growth opportunities.
-Maintain a strong positive profile and foster effective collaboration with the company's key stakeholders seeking to shape and proactively influence relevant developments.
-Develop the team and create/maintain a culture where everyone feels valued and empowered to their full potential.
-Maintain a high level of ethical behaviour, compliance, and quality orientation in all activities.

Requirements:

-Preferably a master's degree, ideally in business administration and/or medical engineering, or a comparable qualification.
-Experienced sales/commercial leader in the medical devices sector with a successful track record driving growth.
-Strong understanding of the ANZ healthcare market, ideally in the Dental field (Dentist practices, Dental labs, Dental hospitals).
- Strong business acumen and judgement in the evaluation of business opportunities combined with a strong appreciation of financial management and additional experience in marketing would be a benefit.
-Used to working in a matrix structure and multinational environment paired with the proven ability to make change happen.
-Well-developed communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, together with good persuasion and influencing skills.
-Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, and leadership skills and the ability to motivate and further develop the team.
-An entrepreneurial mindset combined with a pragmatic "can-do" attitude and a down-to-earth and modest personality. Excellent ability to get things done and achieve results.
