YOUR ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity for an Warehouse Team Leader at our Darwin branch. In this role, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with Bunzl policies and procedures. You will lead and support your team to maintain a safe and productive work environment while ensuring timely and accurate order picking, dispatch, and goods receiving. As a leader, you will play a key role in motivating, engaging, and retaining your team while driving performance and continuous improvement.

- Valid Forklift and Driver’s Licences are essential
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Previous experience in order picking and warehouse operations
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- A positive, solutions-focused attitude with a commitment to customer satisfaction
