Who We Are
Think Water Broome is your local expert in water management solutions. Based in the stunning Kimberley region and part of a national network, we design, supply and install high-performance pump, irrigation and filtration systems for a wide range of clients—from large-scale agricultural projects to residential systems.
We’re currently seeking enthusiastic and hard-working Field Service Technicians and Labourers to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, physically active role where no two days are the same. You’ll be working in diverse environments—both in town and in remote areas—helping our clients keep water flowing, systems running and communities thriving.
The Role
As a Field Service Technician / Labourer, you'll support the installation, servicing and maintenance of irrigation systems across Broome and the wider Kimberley and Pilbara regions.
Your responsibilities will include:

Installation and repair of irrigation, pump and filtration equipment in the field

Recording job details and completion notes for both onsite and workshop-based tasks

Assisting with ordering parts, managing materials and preparing job sites

Working with the broader team to plan, coordinate and deliver high-quality service to clients

Maintaining tools, equipment and a safe, tidy work environment

Engaging directly with customers in a professional and helpful manner
What You Bring

Previous experience in irrigation, plumbing, or landscape construction (preferred, but not essential)

Willingness to learn and take initiative in a hands-on environment

Physical fitness, reliability, and a strong work ethic

A positive attitude and enthusiasm for varied practical work

Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team

Basic computer skills and an eye for detail

Valid Class C Driver’s License and Construction White Card (mandatory)

Forklift license (preferred, but not essential)

Willingness to travel for remote project work as required
