About the role
Best Blast Southwest is seeking a skilled Sand Blaster - Spray Painter to join our team in Bunbury, WA. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in maintaining and restoring surfaces across a variety of industries.
What you'll be doing

Preparing surfaces by removing rust, old paint, and other contaminants using sandblasting techniques

Ensuring a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail in all tasks

Adhering to all health and safety protocols to minimise risks

Maintaining and cleaning equipment to keep it in optimal working condition

Collaborating with the wider team to meet project deadlines and deliver exceptional results for our clients
What we're looking for

Proven experience as a sand blaster and spray painter, ideally within the trades and services industry

Strong knowledge of surface preparation techniques and the application of various coatings

High attention to detail and pride in company reputation

Commitment to working safely and following all relevant regulations and procedures

Reliable, hardworking, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
