The Opportunity?
Currently our KCGM Operations has a permanent opportunity for a highly organised and motivated Contracts Management Coordinator to join our Commercial Department located in Kalgoorlie, WA
Reporting to the Commercial Manager , the purpose of this role is to is to provide support to Contract Owners to manage compliance on the major contracts specific to the KCGM operations, ensuring that procurement activities support the organization's objectives, optimizing costs, quality, and supplier performance
Key responsibilities include:
- Support effective management of the Contract Management Plans in conjunction with the appointed Contract Owners, through tracking of compliance
- Assist with monthly claim reconciliation and Contract Owner claim sign off, tracking and resolution of disputes, identifying and referring issues to the Contracts team based in the Subiaco office
- Provide process and systems advice to relevant end users and stakeholders
- Coach and mentor production and technical teams to continuously improve contractor management
- Support site to provide accurate scope of work for tender processes and on award support contractor mobilisation process
- Work closely with the Contracts team based in the Subiaco office and Purchasing team on site at KCGM

- Commitment to process compliance, and demonstrating to stakeholders the value of compliance
- Able to work across diverse teams, and provide constructive feedback
