Robert Half is partnering with a well-established and growing business that is seeking a part-time Accounts Administrator/Office r to join their close-knit finance team.
This temp-to-perm opportunity offers flexibility, variety, and a supportive work environment, perfect for someone looking to balance professional growth with lifestyle needs.
This role is being offered as a part-time role, 3-4 days per week, this can be split across full days, or 5 days per week, school hours.
This role is looking to start in the next few weeks, so you must be immediately available and un-restricted work rights to be considered for this role.
The Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, this hands-on position will see you taking ownership of day-to-day transactional finance tasks, while supporting broader administrative functions across the business. You'll play a key role in keeping processes running smoothly and ensuring financial data is accurate and up to date.
- Processing supplier invoices and managing accounts payable
- Raising and sending customer invoices
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Assisting with weekly payroll processing
- Managing petty cash and staff expenses
- Responding to internal and external account queries
- Supporting the finance team with ad hoc administration and reporting
Your Profile
We're looking for someone with a strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to jump in and support where needed. You'll ideally bring:
- 1+ year experience in a similar accounts/finance admin role
- Confidence using accounting software MYOB (not essential)
- Solid Excel skills and good general systems knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A team-first approach with a strong work ethic
- The ability to work autonomously and manage your time effectively
