Description:

Willweld specialises in heavy earth moving machinery repairs across the Western Australian mining industry. Our hard working teams experience provides exceptional knowledge in all site based welding, Repairs, materials, as well as fabricate and supply components and wear packages that are unique to Willweld In our Kalgoorlie-Boulder Workshop.

We have an opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our rapidly growing business.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our team at Willweld. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing exceptional administrative support to our team. As our Administrator you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and assisting with day-to-day tasks directed by our management team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Diligent management of Admin email inbox and incoming phone line

  • On site job allocation support including all site entry requests and management of employee personal documents including medicals, Police Clearances, certifications, and licences etc

  • Prepare, record, and store all incoming supplier invoices and statement reconcilliations

  • Process various data entry inputs inclusive of Fuel register and Weekly Payroll sheets

  • Manage all Transport required for FIFO and general travel bookings

  • General support to the business for any ad-hoc requests and support to any project works

  • Oppotunities to learn and gain exposure in multiple areas of the business

To be Successful in the Role, you will.

  • Demonstrated experience working in an administrative and/or reception role within a similar environment.

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and accounts management software.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication methods with high attention to detail

  • Organisational and time management skills with ability to prioritise and manage multiple and competing work tasks and deliver to agreed timeframes

  • MYOB experience Prefereable
