About the Role:
WorkPac are seeking a Reception / administrator for a 4 week position based in Canningvale.
This role is offering a Monday to Friday roster working 9am 2pm.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Reception Customer service, Answer Phones
- Administration
- MYOB Invoice processing
- Timesheet processing
- Staff Mobilising to site
- Ordering Stationary & groceries etc
- Administration Tasks
Skills and Experience required:
- Previous admin / reception experience
- Current drivers licence
- Experience using Microsoft office word, outlook, excel
