About the Role:
WorkPac is currently in search of a Property Manager to join our esteemed client's team, based in Hillarys. This position is a full-time permanent position with our client.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage a residential portfolio of approximately 100110 properties
- Conduct routine inspections, entry and exit inspections, and prepare condition reports
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with tenants and tradespeople
- Ensure compliance with tenancy legislation and company procedures
- Prepare and lodge lease agreements, renewals, and related documentation
- Manage rent collection, arrears, and bond lodgements
- Handle tenancy disputes and attend tribunal hearings if required
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 12 months experience
- Strong knowledge of residential tenancy legislation and property management best practices
- Proficient in using Property Me or similar property management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with tenants, landlords, and trades
- Highly organised with strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Ability to conduct property inspections and manage maintenance requests independently
- Current WA Drivers Licence (essential)
- A current Property Management Registration (REIWA or DMIRS) is required
