What you will be doing
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Operator to join our team at the Winu site. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery, equipment, and vehicles, ensuring their proper functionality and safety. This role involves working closely with site supervisors and team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Operate and maintain machinery, equipment, and vehicles on-site.
- Follow site plans and work instructions for construction, field operations, or maintenance tasks.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and team members to ensure efficient operations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Adhere to safety procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Participate in site meetings, training, and development activities.
What you will need
- Full manual C Class license (mandatory).
- Previous experience as a site operator or in a similar role within the construction, mining, or industrial sectors.
- Proficiency in operating heavy machinery, vehicles, and equipment.
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot basic machinery issues.
- Experience with Aerodromes or as an Aerodrome Reporting Officer is desirable.
