We are currently seeking a Senior Specialist to join our team in Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne in a full-time position .
Position Summary:
A Senior Specialist is product-focused and expected to have a great depth of product knowledge in their focus area along with business process knowledge and acumen on how/when/why the product should be configured and applied. Product knowledge is focused on application modules such as manufacturing and distribution or retail and on industry segments such as finance, project costing, logistics or manufacturing. This role is expected to have depth of knowledge in the modules associated with their focus industry segments and background.
Depth of knowledge necessarily translates to understanding the modules intimately and being able to utilise that knowledge to deliver the services listed below to our customers.
In addition to the detailed knowledge described above, this role is expected to have great breadth of product knowledge. That broad knowledge means that the Senior Specialist will understand in detail the product functionality and the dependencies of that functionality in relation to other modules and elements in the application within their industry segment focus areas and be able to translate that to practical application for the client’s business.
In particular, as part of your role within NEXT365, you will work with management to build service industry initiatives and practices in the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements and functionalities.
- Lead the design and implementation of system integrations, ensuring seamless data flow between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems.
- Lead by example and be hands-on in terms of configuration and build of D365 application components and modules
- Continuously assess and recommend improvements to the system architecture and configurations to enhance performance and user experience.
- Translate business needs into technical and functional specifications and designs
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive data model that aligns with the organisation’s financial and operational strategies.
- Guide and facilitate the data migration process, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data transferred into the new system.

Candidate Requirements:
Applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered for the role:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) consulting roles and environments
- Strong communication and consulting skills
- Business process and solution architecture expertise
- Solid understanding of cloud computing environments
- Proven experience in a consulting environment
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and/or Power Platform
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
