Position details

Role Title: Project Manager
Working arrangement: On-site position, working across standard business hours
Reporting to: Head of Projects

Responsibilities:
  • Develop project plans and execution of early phase clinical trial projects
  • Lead the initial meeting with clients to develop plan for how their IMP manufacturing will be carried out
  • Responsible for project adherence to timelines, budgets to product dispatch
  • Writing batch records and specifications, drafting labels
  • Shelf-life determination and management
  • Resource management – Material sourcing and procurement using an ERP system
  • Carrying out risk management, supporting QA investigations
  • Client engagement, liaising, and management – Providing updates, communicating milestones, general clinical trial project consulting

The Successful Candidate will possess:
  • Bachelor of Science or related
  • Experience in a similar hands-on role within clinical trial management across phase I to III
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and high technical aptitude
  • Strong working experience in a GMP regulated environment – Proven experience working in environments that are accredited by the regulatory bodies (TGA, FDA)
  • Ability to work under significant pressure | Well-versed with thriving within a busy manufacturing environment
  • Effective communication skills and good interpersonal skills
  • Permanent resident visa or Australian citizenship
