About the Role

We're on the lookout for a Marketing Specialist - Trade Activations & Medical to join our team for a 12-month maternity leave cover. This role is at the sweet spot where brand, retail, and healthcare marketing all meet. You'll help bring our campaigns to life in clinics, connect with healthcare professionals, and support initiatives that genuinely help people-from hearing checks to patient education.

What You'll Be Doing
Trade Activations (Consumer-Focused):
- Help deliver in-clinic marketing campaigns that drive awareness and encourage hearing checks.
- Coordinate everything from POS materials to brochures and campaign kits.
- Work closely with clinic teams to ensure every campaign is delivered consistently and looks great in-store.
- Support community events and local marketing to connect with customers where they are.
Medical Marketing (HCP-Focused):
- Develop clear, useful materials for healthcare professionals-think brochures, fact sheets, and patient education tools.
- Keep the medical field team stocked with the latest event kits, banners, and presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to make sure everything is medically compliant and on-brand.
- Gather insights from the field to continuously improve what we create.
Project & Event Support:
- Keep campaigns on track-manage timelines, suppliers, and stock levels.
- Support the logistics behind health events, community days, and partner activations.
- Help roll out national campaigns at a local level, making sure every clinic is ready to go.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with teams across Retail, Sales, and Clinic Operations to keep campaigns aligned.
- Bring ideas to the table during planning sessions-we love fresh thinking!
- Make sure every activation complements our bigger brand story.
Reporting & Insights:
- Track campaign performance using key metrics like foot traffic and hearing check participation.
- Collect feedback from teams on the ground to refine future activity.
- Help prepare campaign summaries and share wins (and learnings) with the broader team.
About You
You're an energetic and detail-oriented marketer with a passion for campaigns that do good and look great. You're just as comfortable behind a spreadsheet as you are brainstorming creative ideas or chatting with teams in the field.
Here's what you'll ideally bring:
- 2-4 years of experience in trade, brand, or field marketing-healthcare, retail, or consumer services is a big plus.
- A solid understanding of campaign execution and marketing activations.
- Super-organised, with an eagle eye for detail.
- A natural communicator and team player who enjoys cross-functional collaboration.
