CPA are actively recruiting for 2 driven and curious Disability Support Workers to join the team at one of our SIL houses in North Lambton!
Primarily, these positions include in-home based support where you'll have the opportunity to directly engage with clients and help to build independence through working towards individual goals.
This position is located at our group SIL home in North Lambton. Up to 30 hours per week on a permanent part-time basis are on offer.
Your duties will include:

  • Delivering personalised support by assisting clients with personal care, administrating medication, manual handling.
  • Supporting clients to make their own choices and build skills to be more independent.
  • Building positive relationships with our clients.
  • Transporting clients in your own car.

Requirements:

  • Professional Behaviour Support experience or lived experience preferred, however your can-do attitude is key!
  • Someone who embodies CPA values, is client-focused in their approach to care, and driven by the opportunity to make an impact in the lives of people with disabilities.
  • Availability across a variety of shift times, including:
  • Early mornings (6am - 9am)
  • Day shifts (9am - 3/4pm)
  • Afternoons & evenings (12pm onwards)
  • Awake overnights (10pm-6am)
A current NSW Driver's Licence (P2 minimum)
