About the Role:

About You:
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef in a similar high-end dining or premium venue environment, with experience managing medium to large teams.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- A genuine passion for the culinary industry and a positive, collaborative approach to teamwork.
