What We're Looking For
- Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Proven experience in a leadership role within early childhood education.
- Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and regulatory standards.
- A hands-on leader with emotional intelligence, resilience, and a true passion for helping children thrive.
