Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and delivering results? Amazon is seeking a Program Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage critical programs that support Amazon's business objectives, leveraging your expertise in project management, analytics, and process optimization.
You will own end-to-end program execution, coordinate cross-functional dependencies, and drive operational improvements that scale. The ideal candidate excels at stakeholder management, demonstrates strong analytical capabilities, and has a proven track record of delivering complex initiatives in fast-paced environments.

A day in the life
You'll start your day connecting with cross-functional teams to align on program priorities. You might analyze performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities, facilitate stakeholder meetings to share insights, and collaborate on innovative solutions. Throughout the day, you'll nurture relationships with partners while ensuring program milestones stay on track.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
