ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is a Permanent position based at the Regional Operations Centre, Port Kembla
As the Manager ERP & Applications , y ou will be responsible for leading a team to manage the full lifecycle of enterprise and operational applications, ensuring alignment between digital solutions and business strategy across the Group.
Other key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:

Oversee delivery, optimisation & support of ERP and critical business systems

Develop and maintain application strategy, roadmaps & service models

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify & deliver digital value
-
Manage vendors, budgets, risk & governance frameworks
-
Lead, coach and develop a high-performing applications team
You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:
-
Leading application services across ERP, HRIS, MES & data platforms
-
Building effective relationships and communicating across all levels
-
Translating complex digital needs into business-aligned outcomes
-
Driving continuous improvement and managing change effectively
-
Strategic planning with a strong delivery and problem-solving focus
Qualifications for this position are:
-
Broad IT experience in large, complex environments, with strong architecture & delivery knowledge

Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects, system upgrades & digital transformation
-
Skilled in leading application platforms incl. SAP ECC or S4Hana, SuccessFactors, Ariba, SCADA & Power BI
-
Strong communicator with the ability to simplify complex tech issues & build relationships

Experience in ITIL-based environments, with knowledge across IT & operational technology do
