Location: ARB Wollongong
Job type: Casual every Saturday 8am-12pm. Additional hours may also be available.

ARB Wollongong is looking for a driven and motivated casual sales representative to join our dynamic team every Saturday morning!

The Position and Responsibilities:
Working as a casual sales representative on Saturdays, your main responsibilities will include:

Drive sales of ARB products and services by engaging with existing and new customers face to face, over the phone or electronically.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions, as well as provide expert product knowledge.

Preparing sales orders and quotes.

Collaborate with the team to help manage the showroom, which includes setting up for any promotions, general cleanliness and daily tasks.

Liaising with Workshop staff, to ensure all work is carried out on time and to the highest standard.

Working at special events such as 4X4 Shows and Open Days.
Skills and attributes required:

A very strong customer service ethic.

Experience in sales.

The ability to work as a member of a team, as well as independently.

Great follow up and follow through skills and attention to detail.

Strong sales and negotiation skills.

Intermediate computer skills.

Valid driver’s license.
