About your new role:

Your passion and enthusiasm will see you assist in leading a classroom by effectively engaging with children, families, Educators, and the wider community.

You will implement the educational program and experiences to meet the individual needs of our children.

You will have a strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS.
-
You will work at all times in compliance with Government regulations and centre policies and procedures to meet our high-quality standards.

You will network with relevant stakeholders in the local community.

You will have confidence in building strong relationships and partnerships with children and families.

You will have the ability to contribute to the documentation of the children's skills and interests, and include a clear cycle of reflective practice.
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
-
A Diploma or higher qualification in Children’s Services as approved by ACECQA.
-
Current blue card, approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.
-
Experience in an early childhood setting.
-
A sound understanding of the EYLF and NQF.
-
Prior experience and confidence in leading a classroom setting and writing educational programs.
-
Strong leadership skills and an ability to confidently guide and mentor your peers.
-
The ability to implement stimulating programs, and develop a curriculum based on the children's interests and the EYLF.
-
The ability to observe and record children’s learning and contribute to their educational portfolios.
