What you’ll do:
- Lead a team that delivers exceptional customer service and keeps the venue running smoothly.
- Manage inventory, stock control, and ensure top-notch cleanliness and safety.
- Hire, train, and inspire your team to greatness.
- Oversee KPIs and venue P&L to keep things profitable!
- A leader with retail or hospitality experience (QSR experience is a bonus!).
- A people person who loves making customers feel like family.
- A proactive, organised go-getter with a positive attitude.
