We are a successful quality builder with a broad range of commercial, government and residential building projects. We are seeking a self-motivated and multi-skilled qualified Tradesman / Foreman to join our skilled team. About the Role / Responsibilities

The role will appeal to a skilled qualified tradesman, ideally at foreman level, or with the ambition to step up. You will have sound building experience, keen to work on a variety of quality projects offering the opportunity to develop your skills. You will have exposure to all aspects from set up to project handover, and the chance to learn and improve your craftmanship working in a positive progressive team where you can enjoy your work and develop your skills and career. Our on site culture is about bringing out the best of each other and having fun while getting the job done to the highest quality.

Key responsibilities include;

  • ensure accuracy of work and quality finish – develop your craftmanship

  • ensure building schedules are maintained to deliver projects on time and budget

  • embrace software/technology to help deliver projects more effectively

  • opportunity to contribute to all aspects of a project - demonstrate your strong carpentry skills / ability to co-ordinate subcontractors and suppliers

  • Read and analyse plans to determine requirements

  • Communicate with other trades professionals and colleagues to ensure project completed in a timely manner

  • Effectively use a large range of hand and power tools

Your skills and experience

You will have the following experience and strengths;

  • Experience in essential aspects of commercial and/or residential construction

  • You have great attention to detail, design, and interpreting plans

  • You have an adaptable can do attitude, work well in a team, and keen to make a value added and measurable impact

  • Organised and able to meet deadlines

  • You are respectful, fit, healthy, and reliable

  • Hold a trade qualification, current drivers licence and white card
