About the Role:
As an Employment Lawyer (Associate, 3-5 years PQE) , you will work on complex employment law matters, including workplace disputes, contracts, and regulatory compliance. With direct access to senior mentors, you’ll gain hands-on experience in a highly supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with complex employment law disputes & litigation.
• Advising clients on workplace rights, contracts & compliance.
• Supporting senior lawyers in high-value negotiations & settlements.
• Engaging in client advisory work with top-tier businesses.

About You:

• 3-5 years PQE in employment law.
• Strong technical & research skills.
• A stable career history in well-regarded firms.
• Passion for employment law & client advocacy.
