Once trained and brought up to speed through a detailed 60-day plan, you will be responsible for a portfolio of seven restaurants across Greater Melbourne. This role requires you to lead, coach, and inspire middle management while ensuring that business goals are achieved.
At this level, you will play a vital role in influencing Restaurant Managers’ planning and decisions that impact business performance and profitability.
To be successful in this role, you will excel in adapting to change, demonstrate strong area management skills in leading people and driving restaurant performance, and have the ability to execute commercial direction.
The candidate
- Ideal candidate will have 4+ years hospitality experience as a Area Manager or similar level
- Experience leading, inspiring, and developing teams within hospitality is essential - you will need to have the ability to identify, and develop, future leaders & deploy the right talent to the right restaurant
- You have the ability to drive results through values and take an inclusive approach to sales analysis with Restaurant leaders
- Experience developing & maximising revenue growth across multi-sites and being able to demonstrate year on year growth is essential
- A people first leader with a natural ability to motivate all levels - you know how to get the best out of non management just as well as you know how to manage stakeholders and executive management
