Your PurposeIn this pivotal leadership role, you will:

Champion a culture of care and excellence , guiding Centre Directors to grow strong, supportive teams and deliver exceptional outcomes

Inspire creativity, encourage innovation, and drive continuous improvement across your portfolio

Be the guiding force behind strong leadership, financial sustainability, and educational quality in every centre

Lead from the front on compliance, safety, and quality frameworks, ensuring our commitment to children’s wellbeing is upheld at every turn

Nurture the leaders of tomorrow through hands-on coaching, mentoring, and meaningful development opportunities

Collaborate closely with our National Support Centre to align strategy and ensure a consistent, values-led approach across everything we do

A passion for early childhood education and a heartfelt belief in the potential of every child

Experience leading and inspiring multi-site teams — ideally in a regulated, education, or care setting

Strong financial and commercial management skills, with a track record of lifting performance
-
The ability to turn challenges into opportunities, and foster a sense of purpose and possibility in your team

A deep understanding of the EYLF , NQS , and early education regulatory frameworks

A natural ability to connect with people — to listen, mentor, and uplift those around you

Early Childhood Education Diploma or Bachelor (or equivalent)

Valid Working with Children Check

Driver’s licence and willingness to travel within your Area

Australian work rights (minimum two years validity)

Commitment to our child safeguarding standards and health requirements
