Waiters should be able to;
- Greet customers.
- Take orders, and ensure guests have an excellent dining experience.
- Communicate orders accurately to kitchen staff.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and polite manner.
- Clear and clean tables for the next customers.
- Stay informed about the menu items and specials.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Cashiers should be able to;
- Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment accurately and efficiently.
- Greet customers, answer questions, and assist with inquiries.
- Process takeout or in-house orders.
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer, perform end-of-shift reconciliations.
- Inform customers about special deals.
- Keep the checkout area neat and organized.
Kitchen staff and Kitchen hands should be able to;
- Monitor food stock and inform management of shortages.
- Maintain cleanliness in the cooking and storage areas, including dishwashing.
- Coordinate with waitstaff and other kitchen staff to ensure timely service and assist chefs and cooks as needed during busy times.
- Wash dishes, utensils, and cookware using manual or automated methods.
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the kitchen, including floors, surfaces, and equipment.
- Perform simple tasks like peeling vegetables, portioning ingredients, or assembling prep trays.
- Unpack, store, and organize deliveries in the kitchen or pantry.
- Dispose of garbage and ensure recycling protocols are followed.
- Follow kitchen safety and hygiene guidelines.

Expected hours: No less than 3 per week
