Job Description:
As a Construction Supervisor, you will oversee and manage all construction activities on-site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders, managing construction crews, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on-site.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain high standards of quality and safety.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Manage and lead construction crews.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
- Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor, preferably in the mining industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
