About the Opportunity
Are you looking for a dynamic and multi-functional administration role where no two days are the same? Join our newly created position in Infrastructure Services and be at the heart of a busy, supportive environment where your contributions will make a real difference.
You will make an impact by
- Providing high-level business support to the Infrastructure Services business unit.
- Assisting with internal and external meetings, including calendar management, developing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
- Managing communication flow and correspondence.
- Supporting the business planning and budget process administration.
- Ensuring effective coordination of events, including the production of workshop materials and booking systems.
What you will bring
- Tertiary qualifications (degree or diploma) in a related field, industry qualification, and/or equivalent experience in a comparable environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly articulate and present information.
- Proven ability to make sound decisions based on experience and good judgment.
- Knowledge of relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Effective customer service skills with a strong desire to provide helpful and accurate advice and assistance.
- Ability to deal effectively, diplomatically, and confidentially with enquiries and concerns.
- Proficiency in using new technology to meet the needs of business units.
