Description:

Our client is a 10-year-old male with Cerebral Palsy, living with his family in Moe. He is energetic, loves to have a chat, loves music and the occasional Macca's Meal.

He requires assistance with transport to and from fortnightly hydrotherapy appointments on Tuesdays from 3:30pm - 6:30pm. You must have a licence and roadworthy, reliable, registered vehicle.

If you are comfortable to get into the pool and support him during his hydrotherapy sessions that would be great. Sessions are supervised by a physiotherapist.

You will also take him to get something to eat either before or after each hydrotherapy session.

He requires supervision with personal care but not direct assistance.

He is ambulatory. No manual handling involved.
