Baynton West Primary School (PS) is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Deputy Principal to join their school.

The Role

At Baynton West PS, our goal is to raise the academic and non-academic standards of our students.

As a Deputy Principal at our school, you will ideally be an excellent educator, who possess the ability to collaborate with, and coach our teachers in Maths to achieve outstanding student results. We value applicants who are driven, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal schools, to be able to engage with individuals at all levels. Knowledge of Explicit Instruction Pedagogy will be highly regarded.

The portfolio also includes leading attendance initiatives and coordinating an effective and efficient attendance team. Assessment and reporting, including managing online platforms including (Progressive Achievement Tests) PAT, National Assessment Program - Literacy and Numeracy (NAPLAN) and reporting to parents is a key deliverable in the role.
