What You Will Be Doing
The Compliance & Systems Officer is responsible for processing accurate, timely payment of salaries and administrative tasks in accordance with current enterprise agreements, Fair work act, Peninsula Health policies and Payroll processes. Work with the Compliance & Systems Manager to drive Payroll governance and compliance to support identification and resolution of payroll risks. Process pay increases and Enterprise agreement changes in the Payroll systems. Accurately update records, including testing of adjustments, regression testing, costing and reporting in SAP.
What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
- SAP Payroll applications experience
- Previous exposure to rostering and payroll systems
- Intermediate to advanced excel skills
- Strong and professional verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy

*Please refer to salary circular for HEALTH AND ALLIED SERVICES, MANAGERS AND ADMINISTRATIVE WORKERS (VICTORIAN PUBLIC SECTOR) (SINGLE INTEREST EMPLOYERS) ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT 2021 - 2025 for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
