As a Behaviour Support Practitioner you will...
Support our clients (NDIS participants), along with their families and/or carers, to identify their needs through assessment and person-centred planningIdentifymeaningful goals and practical strategiesutilising The Positive Behaviour Support Capability Famework, with a commitment to eliminate restrictive practices, in the home and communityDevelop, deliverand evaluateevidence-based support plans within a complex support spaceEnsureindividual plans reflect our clients' goals, passions and strengthsBuildthe knowledge, capacity and strengths of those who support our clients - family, carers, friends, etc

About You
Current suitability (i.e. registration) with the NDIS Commission as a Behaviour Support Practitioner is essentialDemonstrated ability to work positively in a multidisciplinary teamOutstanding communication, influencing and interpersonal skillsConfident computer skillsFlawless writing skillsCurrent Drivers Licence and own reliable vehicle

Degree levelqualifications of relevance to providing supports to people with behaviours of concern are highly preferred
