What You'll Do
This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
- Assisting in the delivery of strategic asset management outcomes across the Bendigo Hospital Asset portfolio, encompassing projects related to the Annual Works Plan and Five-Year Works Plan.
- Managing asset lifecycle projects including planning and scheduling, procurement, implementation and commissioning of works, and all reporting (including financial) to agreed timelines and budgets.
- Effectively manage time to ensure all duties are completed within required timeframes, as per the Services Specification.
- Undertake contractor management to ensure safe working practices are met, including safety compliance and undertaking inductions.
What You'll Bring
- Demonstrated experience in Project Management, Asset Management, Maintenance Facilities Management and / or other related Engineering fields (Electronics / Electrical field would be considered advantageous)
- Experience and / or demonstrated exposure to processes associated with project management and control including estimating, programming and planning
- Previous experience managing trades and subcontractors, with the ability to monitor and evaluate performance as required
- Results driven with the demonstrated ability to establish, influence and manage a range of internal & external relationships
