About the opportunityCreate and manage employee rosters based on staffing needs and regulatory requirements.Monitor shift compliance with labor laws, including break times and overtime regulationsAssist with payroll by providing rostering data for accurate wage calculation.Provide support to management and staff on rostering issues or disputes.Assist in coordinating staff training schedules to ensure all staff members complete required certifications.Oversee and manage billing procedures, including invoicing and tracking payments.Handle general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and office support tasks.
What you'll bring

To thrive in this role, you will have:Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)Relevant Rostering or Scheduling Experience, particularly in a healthcare or aged care setting.Excellent administrative and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:NDIS Clearance OR recent police checkValid work rights in Australia
