With a balanced 50/50 split between on-site and office work, you'll manage projects from pre-construction through to completion in a supportive and collaborative environment.

You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of education and new build projects, managing all aspects from tender through to handover. Working closely with clients, subcontractors, and your internal team, you’ll ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll also mentor and guide a contract administrator and junior staff.
What we’re looking for:
We’re seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager with 5+ years of experience in the commercial construction industry. Ideally, you’ll have delivered new build or education projects valued between $5M and $50M and are confident managing multiple stakeholders and timelines in a dynamic project environment.
