A respected not-for-profit aged care provider is seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to oversee and enhance their Home Care services across Albury NSW region.
This is a dynamic leadership role, perfect for someone passionate about service excellence, team empowerment, and safe, client-focused care. Reporting to the senior leadership team, you’ll be responsible for driving performance, managing risk, and ensuring alignment with strategic and regulatory frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of Home Care services, ensuring compliance, quality, and effectiveness.
- Cultivate a positive team environment through strong leadership, mentoring, and staff development.
- Proactively manage risks and safety to protect both clients and staff.
- Monitor performance metrics and use data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and innovation across the team.
- Implement robust health and safety strategies to maintain a secure workplace.
- 2+ years of leadership experience in Aged Care, Home Care, or Community Services operations.
- Strong working knowledge of aged care standards, regulations, and funding models.
- Proven ability to lead teams through change, build capacity, and deliver results.
- Skilled in performance management, coaching, and data-driven decision making.
- Proactive, adaptable, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
