Are you looking for a permanent Quality Assurance role in Sydney? Do you have experience of working in a compliance or quality role, preferably in beds, sofas or soft furniture? You may have a background in FMCG, general merchandise, or similar and your skills will be put to good use in a dynamic team that creates customer-centric products using world class technology.

The Role
In this Quality Assurance Compliance Specialist role, you’ll secure product quality, customer safety, sustainability, and testing standards, while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements in all company markets.
  • Ensure the highest quality standards for the company's innovative furniture products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse customer feedback and drive continuous improvement
  • Thrive in a hybrid work environment, with the flexibility to work both in the Sydney office and remotely
Skills and experience
With relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field, such as engineering, quality management, or a similar discipline, you’ll have:
  • 5 years of experience in a quality assurance or compliance role within the consumer goods or furniture retail industry
  • Expertise in compliance, quality assurance, and furniture industry standards
  • Proficiency in analysing technical documents and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences through quality assurance
