Position Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Medical Receptionist to manage the front desk operations of our surgical practice. Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist patients, ensuring a warm and courteous reception
  • Manage appointment scheduling, ensuring optimal utilisation of the surgeon's time
  • Coordinate patient registrations, insurance verifications, and paperwork
  • Handle telephone inquiries and relay messages promptly and accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception area
  • Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure seamless clinic operations
  • Uphold confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a receptionist in a medical setting
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in managing administrative tasks and multi-line phone systems
