Admin Officer/Coordinator

Your Role
Whether it is the warmth in your voice as you answer a phone call, your swift and reliable response to requests, or helping a client with a simple need. As the heartbeat of our team, your commitment and passion will add to the loving care that empowers our clients to live well.

Reporting to the Business Administrator based in Wauchope, you will support the team with day-to-day administrative duties including accounts payable/invoice processing. This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm and is offering an hourly rate of $32.77 per hour plus super.
What do we need from you?

  • Have proven experience in Office Administration and outstanding organisational skills
  • Experience with accounts payable and invoicing functions
  • Be an excellent communicator with great standards of customer service
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
  • Work with minimal supervision and as part of a team
  • Be competent with computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
