We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator to join our fabulous team. With over 25 years experience in the Plumbing Industry we work on Domestic and Commercial projects in Albury-Wodonga and surrounding regions.
Your new role:
You will have the opportunity to develop and grow with the role, quickly becoming an integral part of our family run business and influencing the efficiency of our operations.
Duties include:

Liaison with building partners and trades
-
Manage day-to-day running of office
-
Accounts payable and receivable
-
WHS training and implementation for our workforce
-
Maintain general office procedures.

Assist with managing employee contracts, inductions, timesheets, expenses and travel
You will have:
-
Previous experience in an office environment
-
Sound computer skills including Microsoft Office suite
-
Experience in Xero or similar accounting software
-
An understanding or interest in WHS legislation, polices and procedures
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Demonstrated flexibility, reliability, energy and a strong work ethic

An understanding of SimPRO would be an advantage
