The Opportunity
Kids & Toddlers Care Pty Ltd is seeking dynamic and passionate individuals to join our early childhood education team as an Early Childhood Teacher, Certificate 3 trained educator and Trainee. This full-time/ part time role in Kew NSW 2439 is an exciting opportunity to shape the futures of our youngest learners and contribute to our mission of providing high-quality care and education.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate educational programs for children from birth to 5 years

Implement the Early Years Learning Framework to support the holistic development of each child

Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, families and the broader community
-
Observe and document children's progress, sharing insights to inform continuous improvement
-
Ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment that adheres to all regulatory requirements
-
Collaborate with the teaching team to share best practices and contribute to the centre's continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
1. Early Childhood Teacher/ Diploma graduate
2. Traineeship
1. Early Childhood Teacher/ Diploma graduate Position:
The successful candidate will ideally have:

Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA verified) for ECT position and Diploma in Early Childhood Education for Diploma graduate position

Current Senior First Aid Certificate and Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work in partnership with families and educators

Have a sound knowledge and understanding of the EYLF and the National Quality Framework
-
Be an active team player who has strong initiative and capacity to work with minimal supervision
-
Ability to multi-task effectively and efficiently
-
Undertake programming, portfolios, documentations of observations and evaluations
-
Maintain a High-Quality standards of care throughout the service
-
Right to work in Australia (Citizen or Permanent Resident)

You will be confidently involved in maintaining individual portfolios, responsible for implementing and evaluating the age appropriate program, providing quality care and education for children. The team is vibrant and dedicated to the children Work is shared among all educators.

Not desirable but advantageous if applicant has working knowledge of MyXplor Child Care Management System (CCMS) and exposure in managing OH&S
2. Traineeship Position:
The ideal candidate for the Traineeship Program is an individual who demonstrates passion and enthusiasm for hands on career with children aged 0 to 5 years. The Traineeship program allows you to complete a Certificate III in Education and Care within 18 months whilst gaining paid industry experience with a fun, professional team of educators.
No experience needed, we'll teach you all you need to know.

Daily responsibilities will include:

Setting up of the children's environment with playing and learning materials

Maintaining a safe, clean and fun environment

Working with children from 0-5 years
