About The Role
Seeking a friendly and professional Park Manager to ensure the successful operation of our Wagga Wagga Holiday Park.
Responsibilities
Provide high levels of customer service to all guests and residentsManagement of staff including roster preparation and performance management and recruitment of new staffFinance and resource management for consumables, grounds and buildingsSupport construction and development teams with new cabins and refurbishment processesConducting weekly inspections of the siteCollection of outstanding payments from residentsAttend to emergency situations when required
About You
With a background in tourism, property, sales or venue management, you should be passionate about the tourism industry and be able to demonstrate your experience with the following:
Experience in managing similar assets, preferably Tourist/Caravan ParksOperational and project management skillsExperience using Newbook or similar booking softwareExcellent communication skillsExcellent administrative, financial controls and practicesAbility to go above and beyond to meet company objectives as well as ensuring customer satisfaction
