About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic District Manager to lead our branches across the region, ensuring safety, employee engagement, and outstanding commercial performance. This leadership role will require a hands-on approach in guiding both sales and operational teams to drive business growth, foster a culture of safety, and deliver exceptional customer service.

As the District Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple branch locations, supporting branch managers, and leading sales teams to meet and exceed company goals. You’ll play a critical role in shaping our team culture, fostering growth, and ensuring that we continue to set high standards in safety, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead and support Branch Managers, Sales, and Operations teams across the district to achieve company goals.

  • Champion safety and create a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

  • Drive exceptional customer service, ensuring NPS targets and strong client relationships.

  • Develop and execute district plans to drive business growth and meet performance targets.

  • Engage with key customers to expand business opportunities and support revenue growth.

  • Coach the sales team to deliver customer-focused solutions and achieve sales targets.

  • Monitor district performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement action plans.

  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and legal requirements.

  • Leverage CRM tools to track sales activity, manage leads, and maximise team productivity.


Skills And Experiences

To be successful in the role, you will bring a people - first leadership style, valuing employee engagement, whilst balancing the operational need to optimise customer satisfaction and drive business results. A background in a similar leadership role with knowledge of earthmoving and traffic products will be an advantage, but we are also looking for individuals with a proven ability to develop high-performing teams and drive operational success.
