About the Role:
We’re searching for high-energy, self-motivated Sales Executive to join our expanding team. You’ll be responsible for managing inbound leads, building strong relationships, and closing deals with business owners across Australia and showing them how Wingman’s offshore solutions can save them time, increase profitability, and unlock growth into their business .
What’s involved:
- Responsible for handling inbound leads and booking strategy calls with decision-makers
- Making outbound calls to prospective clients and nurturing your own pipeline
- Understanding business challenges and educating clients on how offshore talent can not only solve them but transform their growth.
- Presenting tailored offshoring solutions that save time, reduce costs, and boost output
- Acting as a trusted advisor - helping clients understand how offshore talent can supercharge their team
- Collaborating with our delivery team to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Making a positive impact not only in our client’s business but in our offshores lives
- Constantly learning, adapting, and improving with support from some of the top sales mentors in the country
