A fast-growing direct-to-consumer (D2C) business with a strong customer following and a bold market presence. With ambitious plans for local and international expansion, the company is now seeking a commercially driven Chief Revenue Officer to take full ownership of revenue strategy and performance across all sales channels.This is a senior executive role reporting directly to the CEO. You will lead the charge across eCommerce, subscriptions, and retail operations, building a best-in-class commercial engine. The CRO will align performance, operations, and strategy to accelerate sustainable growth while optimising every stage of the customer journey.

- Oversee subscription performance and implement churn reduction strategies
- Drive operational alignment between online and offline channels
- Use analytics and performance insights to identify growth levers
- Collaborate cross-functionally across marketing, product, and operations
- Build a culture of speed, accountability, and high performance within your teams
