Description:

A fast-growing direct-to-consumer (D2C) business with a strong customer following and a bold market presence. With ambitious plans for local and international expansion, the company is now seeking a commercially driven Chief Revenue Officer to take full ownership of revenue strategy and performance across all sales channels.
This is a senior executive role reporting directly to the CEO. You will lead the charge across eCommerce, subscriptions, and retail operations, building a best-in-class commercial engine. The CRO will align performance, operations, and strategy to accelerate sustainable growth while optimising every stage of the customer journey.
Key areas of ownership include:
  • eCommerce and on-site performance optimisation
  • Subscription growth and retention
  • In-store experience and retail sales execution
  • Commercial reporting and growth analytics
  • Leading and developing high-performing revenue teams
Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute a data-led, end-to-end revenue growth strategy
  • Lead and optimise digital commerce: CRO, AOV, LTV, and repeat purchases
  • Oversee subscription performance and implement churn reduction strategies
  • Drive operational alignment between online and offline channels
  • Use analytics and performance insights to identify growth levers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across marketing, product, and operations
  • Build a culture of speed, accountability, and high performance within your teams

The Ideal Candidate
  • Commercial leader with a background in scaling eCommerce or DTC businesses
  • Skilled in revenue optimisation, retention strategies, and digital conversion
  • Highly analytical with a strong commercial mindset
  • Adept at leading large teams and managing across multiple revenue channels
  • Confident in identifying and executing against key growth opportunities
  • Hands-on and collaborative, with a passion for building fast-moving businesses
