Situated in the beautiful Wynnum / Manly area, this is a Property Manager role with lots of support, enabling you to focus on the more critical side of tenant/landlord liaison.
With leasing, arrears, maintenance and general compliance covered for you, your role will be balanced in-office and external duties. Day to day, you will manage the relationships of both tenant and landlord as well as overseeing entries, exits and routines for a local portfolio, with a company car provided for you.
Requirements
- People focused / Strong ethics (a business focused on 'service' over 'speed')
- Some recent exposure to Property Management, either managing a portfolio or supporting a senior
- Hold a current Real Estate Certificate
- Driving license
- Strong and adaptable communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experienced with Microsoft Suite
- Problem solving and negotiation skills
