An exciting opportunity is available to join the Synergy Consolidated team as a full-time Administration Assistant/Office Support in our Toowoomba Office.

Experience:

Experience in a similar role would be advantageous

About the Role:
The key focus of your role is providing exceptional service to our clients.
Your responsibilities will include:

General administrative and reception duties as required including answering and directing calls, greeting clients, mail preparation, diary management, filing, maintenance of stationery and general errands.

Setting up Professional Development Sessions, ordering catering, setting up meeting rooms.
-
Efficiently performing a diverse range of critical tasks, including preparation of out for signature documents, invoicing, liaising with the Taxation Office, ASIC and other regulatory bodies as required;
This role is suited for someone looking to return to the workforce or someone looking for a career change.
This is a full-time role, however exceptional applicants able to commit to 3 days per week will also be considered.
