YOUR NEXT ROLE
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Administration Support to join our team. In this vital role, you will collaborate closely with the site leadership team and key stakeholders to drive efficient and effective administrative processes that support overall business outcomes.
You will also play an important part in workforce development, contributing to the creation of individual and team training plans and supporting the competency assessment process to help grow and develop team capabilities.

Foster strong working relationships across operations, finance, and people & culture with a proactive and supportive approach.
Manage site visitors, tours, and events with professionalism and a customer-focused mindset.
Maintain accurate compliance training records and continuously seek process improvements.
Perform general office tasks, including data entry, meeting coordination, and system management (PIR, Pronto, and Vault).
Coordinate travel and accommodation for team members and apprentices, and assist in planning key site events such as Years of Service celebrations and Business Updates.
TUAN
You will be based at our plant in the Tuan Forest, located in the beautiful Fraser Coast region. This coastal town offers affordable living and is proudly home to Queensland’s greatest icons including K’Gari.
ABOUT YOU
Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to establish collaborative business partnerships and positively influence and negotiate with others to achieve business outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to plan and organise daily / weekly workload and develop schedules with clear, specific milestones and deadlines.
Experience in Finance Processes such as purchase orders, invoices, accounts payable, Capex, Reconciliations for Residues, HQP Log Data, Stock-Takes.
Skilled in Microsoft suite and great technological aptitude.
Must hold a current Queensland driver license.
